 We provide value-added services throughout the entire supply chain to help our customersgain a competitive advantage in their respective industries and ensure they operate moreefficiently and effectively at every stage of these processes. We offer all necessary value-added services such as quality control, barcoding, labeling, product bundling, repackaging, handling, packaging, and wrapping in a way that meets the specific needs of our customers. Our services are delivered from our warehouses located in Hadımköy, Istanbul, and Sofia, Bulgaria.

The value-added services we provide include:

• Order preparation, invoicing, and billing services  

• Return and quarantine product management  

• Custom barcoding for customers  

• Labeling and re-packaging  

• Stretch wrapping  

• Alarm tagging  

• Product bundling, production/expiration date control, packaging, lot/batch control, palletizing/de-palletizing  

• Consumable management  

• Customs clearance – bonded warehouse services

We provide Free Storage services in Turkey with a total area of 2,500 m², including bothindoor and outdoor spaces. Additionally, we can offer customs clearance services.

In Bulgaria, we provide Free Storage services in Sofia with a total area of 2,200 m², includingboth indoor and outdoor spaces. Customs clearance services are also available.

In Plovdiv, Bulgaria, we offer Free Storage services with a total area of 1,500 m², includingboth indoor and outdoor spaces, and can also provide customs clearance services.

Our facility does not experience any issues with parking or maneuvering space for incomingvehicles, as there are sufficient waiting areas and maneuvering zones. The facility is secured24 hours a day. Both the interior of our warehouses and the external areas are monitored by a total of 50 cameras, and continuous recording is ensured with UPS and generator support.

In our warehouses, we provide services using 6 forklifts with a capacity of 3 tons, 2 forkliftswith a capacity of 5 tons, 16 pallet trucks, 600 metal cages, 300 pallets, and weighingequipment with a capacity of 1,000 kg. The sections equipped with racking systems inside thefacility are organized for delicate and non-stackable items, and textile loads (such as fabric) are stacked using metal cages. Our bonded warehouse is equipped with a state-of-the-art fire extinguishing system, and all goods in both our bonded and free warehouses are insured.
